SALES OPPORTUNITY - SELL ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRODUCT FOR RVers!

Start up company seeks motivated individuals to sell environmentally friendly products for use by RVer's across the country. Sales Representatives will earn commission on their own sales and may have the opportunity to earn additional income by building a sales team. Interested individuals should own an RV and should be willing to travel. Sales representative will be provided with training, uniform apparel and supplies. Company provided web site will be available to further help promote products.

PRODUCT SPECIALIST FOR ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRODUCT FOR RVers!

Start up company seeks motivated individuals that will act as a representative for the purpose of providing product support relating to the use of environmentally friendly products for RVer's to use in their septic systems. The primary objective of a product specialist is to promote the proper care and maintenance of the system through use of these products.

Compensation varies depending on levels of responsibility, size and area of responsibility, hours required, etc. Product Specialist will also be provided with training, uniform apparel as well as maintenance equipment and supplies.

Business Administrator

Responsibilities include administering cash accounting and accounts payable; tracking preserve revenue and expenses; handling and controlling cash; managing personnel and employment administration.  Skills required: math aptitude; familiarity with office procedures and machines; maintaining confidentiality of information.  High school education required, college education and business course work preferred, one year office administration experience preferred.

Food Service Supervisor

Responsibilities include meal planning, food purchasing, and meal preparation for regularly scheduled and special event meals and snacks for members, guests and visitors; selecting, hiring and training new employees; establishing performance objectives; assigning and scheduling workloads; coaching and counseling staff; conducting disciplinary and performance reviews; managing food service budget and monitoring safety.  Supervisory skills; ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities, motivate staff and foster morale, manage multiple priorities; effective financial management, organizational and problem resolution skills.  Skills required: familiarity with kitchen management and food preparation methods; food presentation and serving; record-keeping and inventory management; handling and controlling cash.  High school education, three years food service experience and one year supervisory experience required.

Housekeeping Employee

Responsibilities include inspecting and cleaning restrooms, cabanas, lodges, sales offices, rental units and other preserve facilities; completing inspection records, maintaining supplies of soap and paper products; maintaining house ware and cleaning supplies in rental units.  Skills required: familiarity with proper use of cleaning products and equipment; accurate record keeping; ability to complete assigned work within established schedule.  High school education and one year experience preferred.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities include selecting, hiring and training new employees; establishing performance objectives; assigning and scheduling workloads; coaching and counseling staff; conducting disciplinary and performance reviews; managing housekeeping budget and monitoring safety; developing daily schedule, purchasing equipment and supplies.  Supervisory skills; ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities, motivate staff and foster morale, manage multiple priorities; effective financial management, organizational and problem resolution skills.  Skills required: familiarity with proper use of cleaning products and equipment; accurate record keeping.  High school education, three years housekeeping experience and one year supervisory experience required.

Ranger Employee

Responsibilities include greeting and registering incoming members, guests and visitors and creating a positive impression; monitoring preserve communication systems; maintaining security, handling emergencies, handling cash; maintaining records.  Skills required: accuracy using computer reservation system; math and cash transactions; positive interpersonal and communication skills.  High school education and one year customer service experience required.

Ranger Supervisor

Responsibilities include selecting, hiring and training new employees; establishing performance objectives; assigning and scheduling workloads; coaching and counseling staff; conducting disciplinary and performance reviews; managing ranger station budget and monitoring safety.  Supervisory skills; ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities, motivate staff and foster morale, manage multiple priorities; effective financial management, organizational and problem resolution skills.  Skills required: accuracy using computer reservation system; math and cash transactions; positive interpersonal and communication skills; supervisory and leadership skills, safety orientation.  High school education required, college education and law enforcement coursework preferred.  Minimum two years customer service experience and two years supervisory experience required.

Recreation Supervisor

Responsibilities include selecting, hiring and training new employees; establishing performance objectives; assigning and scheduling workloads; coaching and counseling staff; conducting disciplinary and performance reviews; managing recreation budget and monitoring safety.  Supervisory skills; ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities, motivate staff and foster morale, manage multiple priorities; effective financial management, organizational and problem resolution skills.  Developing annual program, scheduling and promoting recreational activities and events; managing contracted services and suppliers, handling and controlling cash.  Skills required: Group leadership and organization, physical adeptness, creativity, time management, effective organizational and problem-solving skills.  College education with recreation major required.  Three years recreational experience and two years supervisory experience required, including customer service experience.  Group facilitation or teaching experience preferred.

Store Employee

Responsibilities include opening, closing and operating store; handling sales, returns, exchanges and special orders; handling and controlling cash; merchandising displays, controlling funds and inventory.  Skills required: merchandising and math, ability to operate calculator and cash register; cash transaction and positive customer service skills.  High school education preferred; six months retail, convenience store or cashier experience plus customer service experience preferred.

Store Supervisor

Responsibilities include maintaining lawns, vegetation, landscaped and grassy areas; roads and fence lines; signage; campsites and picnic areas; preserve facilities and amenities; recreational facilities, pools and spas; electrical, water and sewage treatment systems; heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.  Skills required: general plumbing, electrical, irrigation, carpentry, landscaping, heavy equipment use, small engine repair, mechanical aptitude and safety orientation, oral and written communication, positive interpersonal skills.  High school education and one year maintenance experience preferred.

Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities include selecting, hiring and training new employees; establishing performance objectives; assigning and scheduling workloads; coaching and counseling staff; conducting disciplinary and performance reviews; managing maintenance budget and monitoring safety; scheduling renovations, and supervising ongoing daily maintenance of the preserve.  Skills required: general plumbing, electrical, irrigation, carpentry, landscaping, heavy equipment use, small engine repair, mechanical aptitude and safety orientation, oral and written communication, positive interpersonal skills.  Supervisory skills; ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities, motivate staff and foster morale, manage multiple priorities; effective financial management, organizational and problem resolution skills.  High school education, three years experience in grounds maintenance and one year experience in another area of maintenance, plus two years supervisory experience required.
