MESSAGE FROM MARGUERITE
And just like that, we've wrapped up another season of summer camping and are in the full swing of fall. I loved keeping up with all of your #100DaysofCamping photos throughout the summer. From multi-generational family reunions to some first time camping memories being made, it’s fun to see what all of our campers and members are up to during the summer. We even had a family who made it their goal to snap 100 pictures throughout the 100 days of camping. Judging by all of their exploring and happy smiles, I’d say they more than hit that objective!
Just because the summer season has officially wrapped, doesn’t mean the camping needs to slow down. You may choose to head to the northeast and go leaf peeping in some of the country’s most beautiful fall destinations. Apple picking, pumpkin carving, Halloween parties, and colorful photo opportunities await across the northern half of the country, and we’re happy to be your home base as you indulge in some fall fun.
Or, if you’re a fan of that forever sunshine rather than the crisp autumn breeze, you may be packing up your lives in the north and planning to reunite with your second families in the south. Sunshine and warmer weather await, along with our on site teams who are just as excited to welcome you back as you are to be there.
I want to take this opportunity to thank our teams for their diligence and hard work throughout Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma. Our on site teams in Texas and Florida came together to assist customers and fellow staff members while preparing for and reacting to the effects of these storms. We appreciate the questions, well wishes and the acknowledgements from many of you of the efforts of our teams through-out. Rest assured, our teams can’t wait to help all of our customers Winter Differently!
So, whether you’re planning to take in the fall colors up north, or are keeping the flip flops and sunglasses out, we’re excited to have you visit us this fall and this upcoming winter season.
