We truly enjoyed ourselves at your camp ground and hope to be back real soon. Oh, by the way we also purchased the Elite membership from Mr. Cox. Very nice man. Tell him hello for us. Thanks Again”
In my opening message for 2015, I challenged each of you to resolve to enjoy the outdoors and Get Out and Camp. For a group who loves camping and outdoor vacations, this seems like a simple task, but we all know a year can fly by and time escapes easily. However, based on the images and feedback shared throughout the year it would appear that many of you took this resolution to heart.
Your feedback was full of phrases like staff attitude, lots of upgrades, and gorgeous campground. We appreciate of your feedback and were happy to hear about how many positive memories were made throughout the course of 2015. As you can see from the word cloud above, it sounds like the camping season was a “wonderful experience” with staff that went “above and beyond!”
As we look back on the year, I am pleased with many of the improvements we were able to complete to help better your camping experience. From upgraded pools, sports courts and welcome centers, to roads and infrastructure enhancements, our crews worked hard to upgrade the locations so many of you know and love. We were able to create a resort style pool area at Chestnut Lake and have sports courts that rival the local hotels at Lake Conroe. You can check all of them out in the Upgrades section on page 26. Hopefully we’ve added a few more amenities to your list of favorites or gave a past favorite a makeover. And, we’re not through, yet! 2016 will bring a few more updates and upgrades your way, and I can’t wait to hear your feedback.
As we look to next year, we remain focused on improving your journey with Thousand Trails. Whether that journey involves a visit to your favorite location or a phone call to one of our representatives, our goal is to ensure we provide an excellent customer journey time and again. We’re in this journey together and want to make it the best it can be. We will remain focused on initiatives that continue to enhance your experience with Thousand Trails, and we thank you for your feedback on what is working well, or where we may need to provide a bit more focus. It’s truly valuable and has helped drive recent updates and upgrades! Thanks to all for a great year and let the journey continue!
