Ingredients

  • ½ tsp + ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • 2 tsp agave syrup
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • pinch of Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 ½ lemons, juiced
  • 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Mix together the lemon juice and spices
  3. Place chicken in a bag or tupperware and pour the lemon spice mixture over the chicken and shake until well coated
  4. Turn stovetop to high heat and evenly spread the chicken in a large cast iron skillet (if you don’t have a cast iron skillet you could grill them, just skip step 5)
  5. Drizzle the remaining juices on top of the chicken
  6. Cook for 5 minutes on each side
  7. Move the skillet into the oven and bake, uncovered for 15 minutes
  8. Remove and serve!
